Sue’s engagement workshops are inclusive and constructive drawing on high-level facilitation, communication, and emotional intelligence skills. She takes time to make sure that her approach to engagement meets the needs of participants: helping individuals to express their position and feel heard. She works with groups to identify core issues and then constructively build toward a shared understanding.
